All of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail
All UK orders include free delivery by Royal Mail.
Our standard delivery time is usually 48-72 hours. Delivery times may be extended during certain busy periods such as Christmas.
Please note that we do offer an International Delivery Service to destinations worldwide at a cost of £6.
We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
We hope that you'll love our products as much as we do and that your order will have the smoothest ride getting to you. However, should something go wrong along the way or if you simply change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.
We operate a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to process your refund/exchange. A returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund. Any item that is returned after 14 days of delivery is not eligible for a refund.
Damaged in transit
Please email to inform us of damages within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will help you sort this out as quickly as we can.
Returning your goods to us
Email email@example.com to obtain a returns authorisation and shipping address to return your item to. Please include in your email the following information:
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in transit. For items that are deemed to be faulty or damaged in transit we will reimburse outgoing and return shipping costs. However, if you have simply changed your mind and no longer want your item, you will be responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited.
We only replace items 'like for like' if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to exchange for another item, please contact us to start your refund process, so you can place a new order for the product you want.
